Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a breast imaging department, requiring ARRT, Mammography, BLS, and MA license with at least 18 months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a breast imaging and mammography department in a Level 1 trauma hospital
Shifts are 11 hours: Monday and Tuesday 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM
No on-call requirement
Role involves conducting a full range of breast imaging and mammography procedures
No call responsibility is required
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel
Monthly parking fees apply

Requirements

Active ARRT certification, Mammography certification, and BLS required
Active MA state license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
Minimum 18 months of recent experience in mammography or a similar setting
Level 1 trauma hospital experience required
Two professional references required, with at least one from a manager-level evaluator including a performance evaluation; one reference must be from within the past 12 months and another within the last 3 years
