Job Requirements

Education Requirements: Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
Certifications Requirements: RVT (ARDMS) or ARRT with vascular experience, BLS certifications, ACLS preferred but not required
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of vascular sonography experience, familiarity with general X-Ray, CT, or MRI preferred
Other Requirements: Ability to work 40 hours per week, reliable and hardworking, comfortable in a rural small-town environment, excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality vascular diagnostic imaging services in accordance with physician orders
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance
Document all procedures accurately in the electronic medical records system
Execute safety protocols and uphold infection control standards during procedures
