If so, consider joining our team as an Ultrasound Sonographer(FT) at at our Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. This is a day shift position with overnight on call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data. Schedules and coordinates tests, records test results.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Requires a two year allied health degree, successful completion of an approved one-year program in Ultrasound.
• Reports to the Director of Imaging

Qualifications:
Requires registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)

• Must have RVT credential and be experienced in breast, OB/GYN, and general US imaging

Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential is requiredOB/GYN experience must include biophysical profiles
Breast Imaging must include experience in biopsies
Experience in Echocardiography is preferred, but not required
