Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a MA RN license and recent BLS, NRP, and relevant specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Labor & Delivery unit within an acute care hospital
• Scheduled for 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment
• Patient population includes laboring mothers and newborns
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• Provide care for laboring mothers and newborns in a collaborative hospital environment
• Must be prepared to cover every other weekend and assigned holidays
• COVID vaccination card required
• References and licensure verification may be requested for consideration

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certification preferred
• LDRP experience required
• ACLS certification required
• No minimum years of experience specified
