About The Position
Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: 1-2 years License: State licensure (can be obtained during onboarding) Certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), BLS (Must be through AHA) Must-Have: Experience with trauma, biopsies, and CT drainage Description: This is a 198-bed, level III trauma center with state-of-the-art operating suites. The facility provides healthcare services including medical, surgical, and rehabilitation. There is also a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, and extensive imaging and lab testing services. The hospital has received various accreditations and awards for its quality of care and facility aesthetics. Located in a scenic area known for outdoor activities, the community offers a friendly environment with opportunities for hiking, kayaking, and historical sightseeing. The position requires working as a CT technologist and performing duties as a radiologic technologist as needed. Periodically, there will be on-call responsibilities. Familiarity with GE equipment is necessary. The role involves working with various patient populations including adults and pediatrics. Candidates should have experience in trauma settings and be comfortable performing biopsies and CT drainage procedures. Above all, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
