Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) to assist with invasive cardiac procedures in a dynamic Cath Lab environment. The CVT will play a crucial role in preparing the procedure room and maintaining a sterile field, ensuring the availability and functionality of necessary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the procedure room and sterile field for surgical procedures.
• Setup sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Anticipate equipment required during procedures and operate necessary machinery.
• Maintain sterile instruments and assist in multiple roles during procedures, including scrub, circulator, and documenter/monitor.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI or ARRT (ARRT preferred).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• COVID vaccine card showing fully completed COVID series.
• Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, and Structural Heart procedures.
• Mechanical Circulatory Support experience including ECMO, Impella, and IABP.
