The Transportation Supervisor provides essential oversight for a team of assigned Drivers.

• Annual salary: $65,000 to $70,000.
• Work schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 2nd shift starting at 7 pm.

What you will do as a Transportation Supervisor:

• Ensure safe, punctual, and accurate deliveries to customers through an in-depth understanding of multi-stop routing systems and dispatch processes.
• Monitor driver logs, hours of service, and other DOT regulations to guarantee compliance with all state, local, and federal laws.
• Coordinate with other distribution center departments to facilitate accurate and timely deliveries.
• Engage in additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Your qualifications as a Transportation Supervisor:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in transportation, particularly within the food distribution sector.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations is essential.
• Experience with AS/400 and truck routing software is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively, including following safety protocols and work instructions.
