Transit and Transportation Planning Intern

This opportunity entails being under close supervision, assist departments by performing basic assignments in the areas including, but not limited to Science, Planning, Technology. This position is usually on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis. Our Atlanta, GA office is seeking a Transit and Transportation Planning Intern for Summer 2026 in the following areas: Transit Planning and Transportation Planning. Relocation and housing are not provided for this role.

What You'll Do:

• Assists project team members with various support tasks.
• Conducts basic research and data collection.
• Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
• Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
• Performs other duties assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program

What We Prefer:

• ArcGIS experience
• Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) experience
• Microsoft Excel and/or Data Science (Python, R, etc.)
• Writing and communication skills
• AutoCAD and/or Microstation experience
• Strong interest in transit, transportation design, and urban planning.
