PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To assist with the preparation and organization of standard, specialized, and technical training in designated areas; and to respond to requests for training.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Assists with program training events and tracks training progress.
- Helps to facilitate training.
- Maintains the on-line quiz program.
- Schedules virtual and/or onsite training sessions.
- Conducts basic systems training.
- Communicates training progress to appropriate parties.
- Identifies and resolves problems and issues with training projects.
- Aides in the maintenance of training web sites, materials, and supplies.
- Tracks post-designation training compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required to include previous administrative experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
WORK ENVIRONMENT
