Overview

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Training Instructor Facilitator to deliver high-quality instruction and facilitate training sessions that develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies of service members and contractors. This role engages participants in hands-on learning experiences, assesses progress, and ensures they are equipped to meet operational goals and perform effectively in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers trainings using Government-approved programs of instruction or material in-person or virtually, including workshops, seminars, and on-site training conducted at government and contractor facilities.
Provides complete end-to-end management of virtual and in-person trainings conducted by both the government and the contractor.
Uses training and instructor support materials to prepare for and deliver training sessions to target populations.
Prepares course materials, schedules classrooms, and performs registrar functions.
Manages the administration aspects of the training from advertisement through record management, facility access, attendance, and post-training evaluations.
Ensures training is conducted in the most efficient and effective manner.
Provides or arranges meeting space (classified or unclassified) for trainings, workshops, and meetings as requested.
Completes required organizational compliance education, including client-specified requirements for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements/Certifications:

Ten or more (10+) years' experience in training or related educational experience.

Education Required:

Master's Degree in relevant field of study required.
Identified as recognized industry leader for area of expertise.

Physical Requirements:

Work is normally performed in a typical interior or office work environment.
Work involves sitting, standing, climbing stairs for prolonged periods of time.
May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Other Special Qualifications:

Must have or be able to obtain required clearances.

Additional Information

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

Compensation – Min: $131,000 Max: $150,000

Benefits – Full-time positions are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
