As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our training needs are met, maintaining high levels of effort and progress. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess training and organizational development needs within a function.
• Participate in developing training programs and classroom materials.
• Provide leadership in classroom or virtual classroom environments.
• Report training metrics and generate related reports.
• This position may involve travel within the East region.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent work experience.
• National pharmacy certification (ex: PTCB certification).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Must reside in Massachusetts.
• Ability to travel 100% within the East region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience.
• Experience in adult classroom training.
• Experience with virtual presentations.

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including an incentive program, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $35.72 based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
