About the Team
As the User Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok, we are looking for creative PM with experience in solving user pain points to join our team.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in promotions/brand, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
2. Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of promotions ect, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events, aligning with the company's marketing and sales objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python.
3. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 2-5 years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading e-commerce companies.
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
