StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $ - $
Unit NotesHospital Setting-Monday - Friday, rotating weekendsOutpatient and inpatient roles, lymphedema eval experience a benefit.Would cover outpatient evaluations and split treats with COTAs, then assist on inpatient side for evaluations
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-KS(Copy needed)
Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Occupational Therapist, Outpatient
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
