Job Title: Physical Therapist – Inpatient

Location: Anthony, Kansas

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Document all treatments and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Participate in discharge planning and recommend appropriate follow-up services.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist License (Kansas or compact state).
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
