Monday - Friday schedule with 32 guaranteed hours no weekends or call
22 - 28 patient units expected weekly
Home health setting providing adult care services
Coordinates care within home care environment
EMR: Homecare Homebase
Experience with OASIS documentation required
Plans and implements individualized patient care plans
Physical, psychosocial, and cognitive rehabilitation services provided
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

From $ to $ weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
