Temporary Receptionist
LHH Recruitment is working with a small insurance company in Central Phoenix. This company has a temporary receptionist need for the holiday season. This role requires flexibility, but it is 8am-5pm when you are needed to work. The hourly rate is $20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
