Key Responsibilities:

  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  n

  Characterization of the incident, reproduction, diagnosis and analysis of the route cause.

  Potential to be in the office 3-4 days a week.

  Deploy, document and troubleshoot IT infrastructure at Offices and Service centers.

  Manage and triage incoming support requests, and escalate to Engineering teams when required.

  Uphold and improve our technical support policies and overall customer/partner experience.

  Provide face-to-face and remote technical support to Operations Teams.

  Adhere to documented procedures such as standardized deployments and naming conventions

Basic Qualifications:

• n

  A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Server Operating Systems, or Infrastructure Event Management

  n

• n

  High School Diploma or GED

  n
n

Preferred Qualifications:

• n

  Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree

  n

• n

  One or more networking Linux cloud certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Redhat, CompTIA, LPI, AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience with deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure e.g. Wireless Access Points, Layer 3 Switches and Routers

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
