Tech Artist (Graphics Programmer)

Technical Artist, Metaverse

Design and develop graphics focused systems, processes, tooling to validate, prototype, and implement new capabilities in partnership with cross functional teams.

Implement runtime logic, tooling within a complex real-time environment with performance limitations in mind.

Optimize content through enhancing performance and instructing the artists and designers on asset creation, modeling and texturing best practices.

Analyze project timelines and resource allocation, proposing adjustments to optimize production schedules through technology and process enhancements.

Document workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across teams.

Communicate and advocate for the technical system's role in building a platform that serves billions of users.

Consistently give and take constructive feedback, direct next steps, and communicate clear goals and outcomes to your team.
