Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance and consulting projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic tax planning services.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, focusing on international tax matters.
Conduct research on various tax issues and provide guidance based on current tax laws.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Utilize tax software such as Ultra Tax and Pro Systems for efficient tax return processing.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Active CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and consulting.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations.
Experience with tax software, including Ultra Tax and Pro Systems, is preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
