A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Talent Advisor

As a Talent Advisor, you will:
Requirements:
The Talent Advisor manages the recruitment process for college, experienced, and executive hiring. This role collaborates with hiring managers on job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process, including job postings and interviews.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Participate in job fairs and outreach activities.
• Provide training on recruiting processes and systems.
• Generate executive reports on headcount planning and recruiting metrics.
• Conduct data integrity audits and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant recruiting experience with a progression of responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic recruiting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience in agency and corporate recruiting.
• Familiarity with federally regulated environments (e.g., OFCCP).
• Full life cycle recruiting experience in various sectors (e.g., IT, engineering).
• Ability to travel for meetings and training is needed.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range: $22 - $24 Per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
