Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Systems Support Manager for Online and Hybrid Learning.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Provides support to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services at the Office of University Online Education Services (UOES) in the area of non-credit registration, relative to both internal customer service and end user support.
  • Handles student account creation, course registration, financial processing, correspondence, and transcript generation, as well as overall system management and technical support.
  • Serves a lead role in evaluating and assessing the current non-credit registration platform, as well as researching and, if/when applicable, implementing a replacement non-credit registration and event management system.
  • Provides continued customer service, training and technical support related to its use by internal and external users.
  • Performs professional work that requires knowledge of non-credit, continuing education and data management.
FLSA NonexemptSalary Details
$33.00 - $43.00/hourly

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of professional experience in administrative oversight and/or implementation of web-based data management systems, including on-boarding and training of new users; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/LicensesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated communication skills and customer service support, data management, and reporting.
  • Computer literacy and technical database proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of professional experience in administrative oversight and/or implementation of web-based data management systems, including on-boarding and training of new users.
