Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. The brand is Spencer\\'s.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate ranges from $17.74 - $17.99 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ability to stand for long periods (in excess of 8 hours), walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
