Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Systems Quality Assurance Analyst for an immediate opening.
Job Title: Systems Quality Assurance Analyst
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract)
Contract Duration: 6 + Months
Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QA Testing professional with strong Commercial Banking experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-to-end testing, and test automation, particularly within the digital banking space (ATM, Mobile, and Web).
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a focus on E2E testing from both customer and banker perspectives.
• Execute testing across ATM, Mobile Banking, and Digital Front-End platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate functionality and user workflows.
• Automate test cases using tools like Selenium and/or Tosca.
• Convert existing manual test scripts into automated frameworks.
• Utilize ALM and integrate with Octane for test management and reporting.
• Identify defects, document test results, and participate in triage sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven Commercial Banking domain experience
• Strong background in UAT and E2E testing.
• Experience testing across multiple banking channels: ATM, Mobile Apps, and Web Portals.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium and/or Tosca.
• Hands-on experience migrating manual test cases to automation.
• Working knowledge of ALM and Octane for test lifecycle management.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $50 - $60 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
