ABOUT THE JOB
A Comms Architect will be responsible for creating and leading a team of cross disciplined engineers to develop/design/prototype/build and eventually field resilient communications products. An ideal candidate is someone who has 10+ years of military comms waveform experience, wireless systems, digital signal processing, systems engineering, product development, and leadership skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design Resilient Communication Systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of software and hardware engineers to develop software defined radios.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software defined radios.
• Waveform design for resilient communications.
• Extensive experience with embedded devices, including FPGA, GPU, ARM, and Software Defined Radios.
• Familiar with wireless communication standards both commercial and DOD (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.).
• Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time.
• Project Management and Leadership experience.
• Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work.
• 25% travel required.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S.Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Top Secret/SCI).

US Salary Range $166,000-$220,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
