About the Department

Emerging Technologies & Incubation (ETI) builds and releases new and bold products. We leverage Cloudflare's edge and network to solve problems at massive scale and efficiency that would be difficult for many organizations.

About the Role

As a Docs Platform Engineer at Cloudflare, you play an important role in the Product Content Experience (PCX) team. You will be part of a growing engineering team focused on making our docs site shine and supporting interactive and future responsibilities. You will partner with technical writers, content strategists, developer educators, product managers, and engineers dedicated to improving the documentation experience.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain our documentation platform (and soon other platforms)
• Collaborate with technical writers, content strategists, and developer educators to create a seamless process for technical content
• Collaborate with Product teams to be customer zero for Cloudflare's own products within our documentation platform
• Cultivate and establish relationships with users of our documentation, serving as a thoughtful point of contact to collect and implement improvements based on feedback

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with software development
• Highly analytical, data- and systems-oriented problem solver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
