Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm

Location: 80 DOCTORS DRIVE, Hendersonville, 28792

The role you'll contribute:

Assist surgeon during clinic visits and invasive procedures. Ensure exam rooms are adequately prepared for procedure. Monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Clean and sterilize all surgical instruments

• Assist surgeon during invasive procedures and endoscopic procedures.
• Ensure the exam room is adequately prepared for the procedure.
• Monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies.
• Clean and sterilize all surgical instruments.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Interact professionally with patient and family.
• Provide patient with explanations and verbal reassurance, if necessary.
• Notify appropriate licensed professional when patient complains of pain.

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech Program
• Basic Cardiac Life Support

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year Related Experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist
