We are actively seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon, skilled in ortho-trauma, for a locum tenens role in Arizona, starting Nov 10, 2025. This opportunity involves a 15-day assignment at a trauma center, with a schedule comprising 24-hour call shifts and clinic duties two days a week. The role demands handling all trauma/emergency work, including complex procedures on the pelvis and acetabulum, and routine hand injuries.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive trauma care and emergency surgical procedures
• Conduct surgeries including but not limited to orthopedic trauma involving the pelvis, acetabulum, and hand injuries
• Manage a case mix of call duties plus clinical responsibilities, with expectations of 2-3 procedures per day
• Ensure prompt response times and high-quality patient care during assigned shifts

• No additional physician coverage; support available from APPs 24/7
