Locums NP/PA - Trauma Surgery - Flagstaff, Arizona

Facility: Hospital - Level I Trauma Center (269 beds)Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based

• Coverage Dates: October 16, October 28, October 31

• Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Contract Length: Ongoing need

• Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts + potential for more shifts

• Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per shift

• Patient Population: Adult only

• Department: Trauma service

  • Dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons

  • Surgical trauma ICU and general trauma patients

• EMR System: Cerner

• License: Active Arizona NP/PA license - Required

• Board Certification: Required

• Certifications:

  • ATLS - Required

  • DEA - Required

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in acute care/trauma surgery as an APP

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 30 days
