Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Manages optimization opportunities consisting of multiple or large projects including subprojects and project teams in order to achieve successful business outcomes within the Supply Chain value stream. Maintains a strong understanding of Supply Chain business process, roles and responsibilities and related information technology services to aid in identification and validation of change initiatives that will deliver the most beneficial results. The business value can be measured through operational reliability and quality, return on investment as well as scalability. Project assignments, team size and duration will vary with Med to Large complexity

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent and help business partners self-assess business operations with the intent of fostering continuous improvement. Performs stakeholder impact analysis, analyze the needs/concerns/expectations of each group to inform change management planning and activities.

• Provides leadership to teams and stakeholders to provide recommendations and business case justifications for optimization.

• Advocates for business process analysis and optimization through regimented process discovery and opportunity identification utilizing lean methodologies for the end to end value stream.

• Manage and monitor reporting to track progress/results of process changes, and identify new areas where improvement is needed.
