The Supply Chain Manager will support strategic optimization initiatives for Amazon US, focusing on building robust metrics and management foundations while integrating broader supply chain impacts. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, program management, product, finance, and more. Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies, balancing cost efficiency with service level requirements
• Create and maintain key performance metrics to track inventory health, turnover rates, connectivity distance and cost
• Design scalable processes for inventory planning and positioning, considering network constraints and delivery speed targets
• Ensure alignment between inventory strategies and broader supply chain goals, including transportation efficiency and FC capacity
• Lead stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, SCOT and planning teams to drive inventory optimization initiatives
• Build comprehensive inventory management playbooks and standard operating procedures
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and potential risks
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce carrying costs and improve inventory accuracy
• Support central teams in developing strategic inventory planning for annual operating plans
• Lead initiatives to scale inventory operations and implement automation solutions
