Supervisor - Social Work (Days)

Shift Details

• Regular hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-7:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
  
• Additional hours, evenings, and weekends may be required based on program needs
  
• After-hours coverage for crisis calls with stipend provided

• Supervise crisis screening, intervention, and intensive case management services
  
• Manage program staff and ensure quality and compliance in service delivery
  
• Provide guidance and support for after-hours crisis response
  
• Collaborate with clients, families, community partners, and law enforcement
  
• Maintain accurate documentation, data tracking, and reporting
  
• Uphold trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices
  

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• LMSW, LLP, or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan
• Minimum of 3 years experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire
• CAADC credential or active MCBAP Development Plan within 6 weeks of hire
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and crisis intervention skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and community partners
