Supervisor position available in the Constantine, Michigan area.

Direct hire opportunity with a pay range of $55k-$60k. Pay based on experience. This is a 3rd shift position working at our client location who is a growing manufacturing company. Hours will be 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. 6 day work week.

Duties for the supervisor role include:

• Monitoring, and providing assistance
• Directing and redirecting of labor and resources to achieve production goals
• Pre-planning and reactionary solutions are required
• Scheduling of machines for all shifts, attendance verification
• Repair & maintenance log
• Maintain checks and records of the tools condition
• Scrap reporting & accuracy. Provide solutions and recommendations to each individual item being reported
