Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and specifications while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve field challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track milestones and maintain documentation.
• Support commissioning and turnover activities.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.11/hr.
