Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the healthcare and commercial sectors. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all safety regulations and building codes.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met
• Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes
• Schedule subcontractors and manage on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are adhered to
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication throughout the project
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in healthcare and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects, particularly in the K-12 education sector
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
