Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading the construction team to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety among the construction team.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports and documenting any changes to the original plan.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar construction management role.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes, particularly in concrete and roadway construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
