Store Systems Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Store Administrator for one of our clients who is in food and beverage industry with a focus on health and nutrition. They have hundreds of stores through the US. The role will be hybrid out of Dallas TX -about 10 minutes from the DFW airport. The hours of this role would be between 8/8:30-5/5:30.
As a Data Engineer, you be joining small team of 4 individuals. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with configuring, testing, and maintain several databases which include POS and the online order menu. The day to day of this individual would change based on priority but include task such as creating a new product in the POS, menu mapping, or setting up new stores in the platform. This role will have responsibilities for administering and maintaining the Point-of-Sale Solutions (on-premises and digital) and Back Office systems timely and accurately.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Gather, organize, and configure new menu items, discounts, promotions, screens, etc., ensuring proper pricing and menu categorization.
- Perform and maintain store systems security levels, users, and permissions for POS and Back-office application.
- Create and maintain store systems control
- Provide escalatory support to internal help desk. Deliver effective, customer-focused, services and support

- Experience providing POS support for chains / multiple locations
- Understanding of Labor and Inventory (BOH)
- 2+ years of experience with store systems
o maintaining store POS/Back Office systems or providing POS support
o Particularly experience in restaurants or retail
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related
