Store Manager - Spencer's

Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services and for the operation of a Spencer's store with a focus on maximizing sales and profitability. This includes controlling expenses, shrink, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards.
• Oversee and be accountable for store operation, driving maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage human resources.
• Manage merchandising and inventory control in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience required.
• The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
