Responsibilities

• Lead by example, recruit, train, mentor, and maintain a team of passionate and eager people.
• Provide excellent customer service with prompt service and high-quality products as the main focus.
• Supervise all store operations during scheduled shifts and maintain a clean and comfortable environment while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Report monthly to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Store management experience of at least 2 years.
• Passion for the development and mentoring of others.
• Proven track record in achieving solid financial results.
• Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
