What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 5–8+ years of experience in financial analysis or investment strategy within the real estate sector
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation metrics and investment structures
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
