What You'll Be Doing...

You will support the growth and development of our most important assetour people. By delivering in-person training you will be imparting critical skills and knowledge to help them become even better. You'll be delivering learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to build the future.

• Delivering programs across our broad training curriculum including sales, product and leadership training.
• Completing and leading "train-the-trainer" certifications and supporting peer development.
• Connecting key learning to the business priorities and desired outcomes.
• Facilitating and using a variety of learning methodologies, media, and materials.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and reporting outcomes to leadership.

What We're Looking For...

You'll enjoy facilitating groups and helping others to learn and be successful. You'll be a great listener and presenter with an ability to engage a diverse audience and bring learning content to life for employees with different learning styles.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.
• Delivered training to adults in a professional setting.
• Excellent facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances.

Where You'll Be Working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
