About the Role

Senior Project Manager, leadership of a product R&D PM sustaining for Peripheral Vascular and ICTx businesses, will also lead project, program, steering committee, and strategic initiative for the Division or technology development project which involves the coordination, execution, and resolution of issues for cross-functional and sometimes cross-divisional and cross-operations teams developing derivative, platform, or breakthrough products sustainment.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Strategic leadership Provides vision, builds trust, mentors team members, and generates enthusiastic support across all levels of the organization.
• People Management Manages large (often multi-project, multi-site) cross-functional development teams; leads teams effectively; provides input to functional managers on team and team member performance. Has direct oversight / management responsibility of the team's Product PMs, their performance coaching and results.
• Communication Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization. Listens actively and encourages the open exchange of ideas and opinions. Present project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Influence Influences and motivates others over whom they have no direct control or authority. Wins support through strategic relationships and persuasive communications. Serve as the liaison between the team, functional leaders, and divisional leadership, ensuring effective communication and resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Collaboration Models and promotes collaboration and works effectively with others across the project team, organization, and stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Team Leadership Builds trust and generates enthusiastic support from team members, fellow peers, senior management and delivers high impact leadership results.
• Planning Creates a comprehensive and realistic project plan with prioritized initiatives that align with project goals and builds on previous lessons learned.
• Execution Drives results by acting with speed and agility and by assigning clear authority and accountability, integrating, and aligning efforts across units and functions, and monitoring progress against objectives.
• Risk & Change Management Anticipates risks, develops mitigation strategies, and leads teams through uncertainty and organizational change while maintaining momentum.

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable:

• Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
• Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Required Qualifications:

• Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• 10 years' experience
• 95% to 100% English
• Master's degree desirable
• Free Zone Trade and national and international laws knowledge
• Lean tools, project management
• Experience on Product Transfers or New Product launches
• Proven skills to build relationships with divisional stakeholders
• Proven communication and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on building site strategy
• Start up Experience is a Plus
• Familiarity and experience with BSC Quality systems and methods, products, and customer needs
• Lean business/VIP experience
• Experience leading teams in a site quality setting
