The Sr Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing the annual financial budget in collaboration with business leaders and performing various financial analyses to support the operations of the business. This scope of this job includes preparing clear and accurate financial reporting, packaging, and communication to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a monthly financial reporting package that contains ongoing financial and operational forecast data to provide leadership insights to risk, opportunities, and resource utilization.
• Solve complex financial projects to drive growth within the business by completing cost-benefit analysis for projects and initiatives.
• Complete the revenue and expense budget for business units, including communication and collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Plan and conduct financial analysis to support the operations of the business by evaluating the financial impact of business initiatives and changes in market conditions.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of forecasting and reporting.
• Perform other job duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
