Business Analyst (Overland Park)

We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our Kansas City office and bring their expertise to a collaborative global team. This is a unique opportunity to own the analyst function in the U.S. , work cross-functionally with global counterpartsand make a real impact from day one.

What Youll Do:

As the Business Analyst, youll play a hands-on role in analyzing, supporting, and improving enterprise systems. Youll collaborate across business units, IT, and vendor partners to deliver solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with real-world business needs.

Your day-to-day will include:

Collaborating on end-to-end systems analysis for large-scale business and technical initiatives

Working directly with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, pain points, and process gaps

Maintaining and updating business rules, workflows, and process documentation

Creating clear, concise deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications

Leading discovery sessions, workshops, and one-on-one interviews with business and technical teams

Acting as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure smooth communication and execution

Helping track and resolve defects, issues, and enhancement requests in a timely manner

Representing the U.S. business needs confidently within a global support model (India, UK, and US)

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis

Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements documentation, and process modeling

Hands-on experience in Agile or Scrum environments required

Proven ability to work independently and drive clarity in complex initiatives

Strong verbal and written communication skillsyoure a translator between business and tech

Comfort working across global teams and time zones

Bachelors degree preferred, but not required we value experience and impact over credentials
