Job Summary: This position will monitor and maintain our 3PL DSCSA GLN queue. Assist with any escalations or cases related to GLNs. This candidate will also be cross trained in other areas of our 3PL customer team, such as creating/maintaining high profile customer accounts, maintaining pricing on customer accounts and quality checking that the information the team is entering in the system is accurate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Performs simple data analysis for cross BU work.
• Prepares reports for stakeholders.
• Works with stakeholders to setup new customer accounts or make changes to existing accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to and concern for detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma/GED; 1+ years related experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience
• May have degree or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position $33.32 - $55.54
