Amergis Staffing is seeking a Special Education Teacher for the 25/26 school year. Ideal candidate will have a year or more experience.

Start Date: August 11, 2025

Contract Length: 39 Weeks

Schedule: MondayFriday (37.5 hours/week)

Grade Levels: K12

Position Overview

Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This position serves students in a VE Self-Contained Unit with varying exceptionalities, including ASD, EBD, and IMD, across both primary and secondary grade levels.

Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, the teacher will provide high-quality instruction and support to students with special needs, collaborating with general education staff to ensure inclusive and effective educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with special needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide consultation and support to general education teachers.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all federal, state, and district regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences.
