Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer in Saline, MI!

Parts Order Management

• Enter spare parts orders into the ERP system
• Source parts from inventory, factory, or vendors
• Coordinate shipping, packaging, and delivery timelines

Customer & Service Support

• Serve as the primary contact for parts inquiries and order status
• Provide quotes and lead times
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure parts availability
• Assist in scheduling service work and job closure

Returns & Warranty Coordination

• Process returns and warranty claims
• Issue RMAs and liaise with suppliers for approvals and credits
• General Administration
• Maintain documentation and records
• Keep catalogs and pricing tools updated

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Preferred background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or machinery service support
• ERP systems (SAP) experience
• Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Inventory and order management
• Customer communication
• Technical support and sourcing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
