Job Summary

???? Cook up success in a high-energy, team-oriented environment! As a Sous Chef at the Moda Center, you will help lead back-of-house culinary operations, ensure food quality, and support an exceptional guest experience. Youll collaborate with culinary leaders, mentor team members, and deliver operational excellence at one of the regions top venues.

Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
Minimum 23 years of professional culinary experience
Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain)
Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards
Experience managing kitchen staff and operations

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Monitor inventory and food costs
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Support Executive Chef and fill in as needed
