A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Premium Cook -

  Responsible for preparing food to be served to guests in the venue's Premium locations such as restaurants, suites, and catered events for guest satisfaction

  n

• n

  Follow recipes to prepare and cook Premium menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment

  n
n
• n

  May have direct contact with guests working at Chef's Tables slicing meats or preparing dishes to order

  n
n
• n

  Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

  n
n
• n

  Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements

  n
n
• n

  Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures

  n
n
• n

  Adapt to shifting between Premium locations within the arena

  n
n
• n

  Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)

  n
n
• n

  Perform any other duties as assigned
