Sous Chef Position

Bring flavor to the field! As a Sous Chef at Northwest Stadium, you'll play a vital role in the culinary experience, supporting our Executive Chef and leading a high-performing kitchen team. You will ensure quality, creativity, and compliance in every dish served, bringing innovation to classic stadium fare while maintaining consistency and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards

• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems

• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and production

• Support Executive Chef in recipe execution and food quality assurance

• Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance

• Train and supervise kitchen team members

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing

• Ensure presentation and quality meet Levy standards
