 BJC HealthCare System is seeking a Full-Time Sonographer (RDMS, RVT, or RDCS) - Day Shift for Parkland Health Center (1101 W Liberty St., Farmington, MO)

Position Details:

• Day Shift 3/12s (7am – 7:30pm) with Call Rotation
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week (Benefits Eligible)
• Brand New Ultrasound Machine - GE e10s
• Location is near -Doe Run, MO – Park Hills, MO – Sainte Genevieve, MO – Bonne Terre, MO - Desoto, MO - Washington County, St. Francis County, Iron County, Madison County, Jefferson County

 Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification open to RDCS, RVT, or RVS (all welcome to apply

• Experience:
• New grads, upcoming student grads, and experienced encouraged to apply

As part of BJC HealthCare, Parkland Health Center offers a unique combination of world-class medicine along with the deep local roots and rich history of its three predecessors – Bonne Terre Hospital (opened in 1911), Mineral Area Regional Medical Center (1952), and Farmington Community Hospital (1969). Parkland Health Center has two locations in St. Francois County, Missouri – a full-service acute care hospital in Farmington as well as a rural emergency hospital in Bonne Terre. Role Purpose

The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular imaging
